Hi, I'm Alison, founder of Alison’s Wonderland.

I was once a big-feelings little girl — someone who felt everything very deeply. And I know how hard it was, both for me to be understood and for my family to understand me. It is only years later and through my work with children that I finally discovered myself: I learned to listen to my emotions, understand what they were trying to tell me, express them in a healthy way and self-regulate.

Emotions are part of our inner communication system and vital to our survival — learning to process and regulate them is key.

This is what has inspired me to create Alison’s Wonderland. I wanted to offer families a space where they can better understand their children’s emotional world and needs, and empower children to understand and regulate their emotions, growing in self-awareness and consciousness.

Because I truly believe this is the path to happiness — and that each of us already carries the power inside.

The Why Behind What We Do

MISSION

At Alison’s Wonderland, our mission is to provide emotional guidance for children and their families — empowering them with tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. We believe that nurturing emotional intelligence from childhood is the foundation for resilience, empathy, and true happiness. By guiding children to understand their inner world, we help raise conscious human beings who can create a kinder, more connected world.

VISION

We envision a world where every child grows up with the emotional guidance, confidence, and inner strength to live consciously and compassionately. A world where families feel supported in understanding their children, and where emotional intelligence is valued as much as academic success. Our dream is to inspire a generation of resilient, empathetic, and responsible human beings who lead the way toward a more humane and conscious future.

The Story Behind the Project

Alison’s Wonderland was born from both a personal journey and a calling.

Growing up as a big-feeling girl in a strict and authoritarian environment, I often felt misunderstood, unseen, and unsafe. Those early experiences deeply impacted my sense of security — and showed me how vital emotional guidance truly is.

Years later, through my work with children and families, I saw the same need everywhere: children longing to be understood, parents unsure how to support them, and emotions left unspoken.

This is why I created Alison’s Wonderland: to offer children and families the emotional guidance I once needed, to provide tools for understanding, expressing, and regulating emotions, and to nurture resilience, empathy, and consciousness from the very beginning.

Because every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow into their fullest self.

We aim to plant a seed of awareness, empathy, and connection that will accompany each child beyond childhood.
