Emotional Explorers is a hands-on journey through three fundamental territories of children’s emotional development.
It’s a progressive program that harmoniously integrates Mindfulness and Emotional Education, supporting the holistic growth of girls and boys through a structured, creative, and experiential approach.
Inspired by the ABC model from the Center for Healthy Minds (Attention, Breathing, and Care) and by Rafael Bisquerra’s Emotional Education framework, the program offers a path of personal growth built step by step. At each stage, children learn to understand themselves, self-regulate, and connect with others from a place of presence, kindness, and authenticity.
Each session combines play, creative exploration, reflection, and mindfulness practices, creating a safe and meaningful space to nurture emotional intelligence, awareness, and conscious growth in a way that is natural and adapted to each child’s developmental stage.
The goal is to lay the foundation for a more conscious, balanced life—deeply connected to oneself and the surrounding world.
On this journey, mindfulness is the sail of our ship: presence, attitude, and awareness are what hold everything together. It is the practice that anchors us in the present, connects us with our body, our emotions, and our thoughts, and allows us to observe what happens inside and outside of us—without judgment.
Emotional education is the rudder, it is the set of skills we gradually develop to understand, regulate, and express our emotions, relate to others empathetically, and build a strong sense of self-worth.
This program proposes a progressive 3-month journey, where children grow module by module—learning to know themselves, self-regulate, and connect with others from a place of presence, kindness, and authenticity. Through play, creative exploration, reflection, and mindfulness practices, each session becomes a chance to nurture emotional intelligence. With an experiential approach, we invite children on a journey to discover their inner world.
It is an experience that plants the seeds of a more conscious, connected, and emotionally healthy life in children and their families.
